FurniSet Pro is responsible for the information practices described here. This policy explains what information we collect through furniset.pro, how we use it and how to contact us.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, ZIP code and, when available, city and state. We also receive your selected furniture, quantities, starting estimate, preferred dates or scheduling flexibility, product links or item names, photos or screenshots you upload, and any notes you provide. If you email or message us, we receive the information you send in that communication.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, prepare an estimate, contact you, schedule and provide assembly services, maintain business records, respond to questions and protect the website. We do not use a request to enroll you in marketing email or SMS messages.
Photos and uploads
Photos and screenshots submitted with a request are used to identify the items and assess the work. Please avoid including sensitive information unrelated to your request. Sending an image for an estimate does not grant us permission to publish it in Our Work, advertising or social media. Any public use of a customer's image requires separate permission.
Services that handle information
Estimate requests and their uploaded files are securely saved with our website hosting provider before email notifications are attempted. FurniSet Pro can review saved requests through a restricted administration area. A server-side Google Apps Script email service sends the business notification and customer acknowledgment; request photos may be included with the private business notification. When you enter a five-digit ZIP code, the website asks Zippopotam.us for the corresponding city and state. Our completed-work gallery images are also stored with the website's hosting infrastructure.
Website analytics and technology
FurniSet Pro uses its own first-party analytics to understand visits, pages, furniture searches, catalog and gallery use, assembly-list activity, request completion, device category, approximate city or region, site performance and technical errors. Random visitor and session identifiers are stored by this website and do not contain your name, email address or phone number. We do not use hidden fingerprinting, GPS, advertising identifiers, cross-site tracking or personal device identifiers. Full IP addresses are not stored in Analytics. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and remarketing tags are not currently enabled. The administration area uses a separate secure session cookie for sign-in. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share request details with the service providers described above as needed to operate the site and communicate about your request. We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety. Detailed anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 180 days, page-view details for up to 400 days, and non-identifying daily totals may be kept longer for historical comparisons. Request and business records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records or meet legal obligations. Retention by third-party providers may follow their own policies.
Security and your choices
The website uses HTTPS, and the administration area requires a restricted sign-in session. No online transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email us. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required or reasonably needed for business or legal purposes.
Children and other sites
Our services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Links to other sites, including retailer or review platforms, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
